Room cleaning was a miss..never emptied ice bucket and replace glasses or coffee cups. Did not replace coffee and left dirty ice bucket tray… did not replace empty shower gel. Front desk, bistro employees, and security staff are awesome. Had bad shower value in room 404, staff got me in new room in 30 mins. And offered to move everything for me. Much appreciated!!
