The Space:

Welcome to your Cleveland escape - a cozy, fun-filled retreat just 10 mins from downtown & Rocky River! Perfect for families, groups & business travelers, this updated home blends comfort & entertainment.



Bedrooms & Bathrooms

With room for up to nine guests, the home features four bedrooms: two with king-size beds, one with a queen, and the final room includes a comfortable daybed. Each space is furnished with high-quality mattresses, soft linens, and ample storage. The home also includes 1.5 baths for your convenience.



Outdoor Living

Step outside to the private backyard and ease into the evening with a soak in the hot tub beneath a canopy of stars. It’s the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring Cleveland or reconnecting with friends and family over dinner. A gas grill is available for casual cookouts, and the backyard offers green space for pets and kids to stretch their legs.



Indoor Comfort & Entertainment

Inside, the home’s modern style and thoughtful touches create a warm, welcoming space for gatherings. The spacious living room features plush seating and plenty of natural light - ideal for lazy mornings or movie nights. Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire house, including the fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area, and all four bedrooms. Relax on the comfortable furnishings, including plush beds, and enjoy the full-sized arcade game. High-speed Wi-Fi is included, and a security system ensures a safe and secure stay.



The Neighborhood:

Explore everything Kamms Corner has to offer! Kamm's Corners is a neighborhood on the West Side of Cleveland, Ohio. It is bounded by the streetcar suburb of Lakewood to the north, the Rocky River Reservation of the Cleveland Metroparks and the suburbs of Rocky River and Fairview Park to the west, the New York Central Railroad tracks (now Amtrak) to the east, and Puritas Road to the south. Kamm's Corners Plaza and Warren Village are the major retail centers of the neighborhood.



Getting Around:

Kamms corner is easy to navigate with a vehicle. For those traveling without vehicles, both Uber & Lyft are available in the area.

🤫 Please be courteous to neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum when outside. We have decibel readers that track noise levels outside (these do not record conversations). We have had noise complaints from neighbors and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm-8am.



🚭 If smoking of any kind takes place inside, please note there will be a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning

🚬 Smoking outside is permitted.

🐾 A max of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125/stay. NO CATS ALLOWED. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee

🚫 Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees.

This is to protect guests with allergies and ensure our cleaners can keep the home in top condition for all visitors.

🚫 NO underage consumption or drugs.

🎉 NO parties or large gatherings are permitted.

🚫You will be charged $150 for late check out without prior notice.

Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay.

📌⚠️ A friendly reminder to please remove your shoes when entering the house. The driveway has asphalt which can track dirt indoors. This helps us keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone. Thank you for your understanding!



📌 Hot Tub House Rules:



Hot Tub Cleanliness Fine: $250

To avoid this, please follow these simple rules:



🚿 Shower with soap and water before entering to remove lotions, oils, or substances that affect water quality.

⏳ If you have sensitive skin, limit use to 15-minute intervals and shower after use to avoid irritation.

🛁 Use beach towels, not bath towels.

👫 Max occupancy: 7 guests

🚸 No unsupervised kids

🚫 No diving or jumping

🍔🥤 No food or drink in the tub

🚫🥂 No glass in or near the hot tub

🧼 Keep the hot tub clean and clear

🤫 Respect neighbors – keep noise down

🚭 No smoking in the hot tub

♨️ Turn off the jets after use

✅ Always cover the hot tub after use

❌ No pets in the hot tub

❗ Do not turn off the hot tub — only turn off the jets.

→ The temperature should remain at 100°F when not in use.

🧴 Do not add any chemicals, chlorine, bromine, essential oils, bath products, or hot tub scents without HomeHop’s knowledge and approval. Overuse or misuse of chemicals may result in additional cleaning or maintenance charges.



📌I respect my neighbors to the fullest and will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guests. If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.



📌If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed—but don’t worry, just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you! If it’s a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. Happy grilling!



📌Please note: While we provide a small list of checkout instructions, they are not mandatory but greatly appreciated to ensure a seamless transition for our next guests. Thank you!



📌A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $400 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $40, which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



NOTE: Refunds will be issued minus any applicable Stripe payment processing fees, which are not recoverable on our end
