Bathtub was dirty (I have pictures), several handles such as the toilet paper holder was loose. When I told the front desk, no one came to clean the tub. It still was dirty when I returned to the room several hours later. Disappointing birthday stay for my daughter.

When we pulled up for parking, the person running it said they were backed up and not taking any cars for at least 30 minutes and directed us to a garage a block away. No offer to take our luggage. Once we walked to hotel with our things, we got up to check in at 4:40 to find that our room was not ready and have to wait. I tried to explain that we had dinner deans a concert to go to. I asked for a discount or another room and was told that I would need to wait to speak to a manager. When I did, he told me the same thing , then proceeded to offer either a lower level room (I had reserved a suite) or a $25 discount. It was really unacceptable. I don’t know what to do and said I would not take a lower level room and all of a sudden a room popped up as ready on his computer. When we got up there, it was still being cleaned (I took pictures) and when it was “done”, there were still used towels in bathroom and shower.
