No continental breakfast! Prices too high for the quality. Overnight desk attendant was unsympathetic when I was locked out of the main lobby that was supposed to be accessible 24/7....outrageously priced for valet ($49) per day! I am mostly blind and deaf and was treated like I was overreacting when I panicked ìn a strange city at night. NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!!

We had to contact the staff for some missing towels and to clean the floor after tracking in a lot of salt and snow. They were very responsive to all of our requests. Everyone was very helpful and the waitress in the restaurant was outstanding!

Rhe room was very cold, turbed temperature up to 90 degrees room still cool but this was a nice room. The purpose of choosing this hotel was the restaurant, i was told verbally when inquiring twice that the restaurant would be ipen on New Year's Eve and it was not, even the bar closed early. Upon check out the valet service was awful, we waited a hour and a half to get our car. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone and i will never book here again. We regret this choice.
