Me and my wife come to Cleveland for one night getaways. And stayed at a lot of hotels there. And this is by far the worst hotel in downtown Cleveland. Absolutely dirty and filthy. The bathroom looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time, with what looks like dirty hand prints on the walls, also the broken shower door really added to the experience. The rug underneath and around the bed feels oily like it has never been vacuumed, the old food crumbs was a nice touch. We tried to let that go but when we got back to the room for the night, it felt like the bedding hadn't been washed between guests, we both started to feel itchy. So around 130AM we decided to check out and get the hell out of there. When we checked out, the lady at the desk asked how was our stay. I simply said horrible. She literally giggled and said "Yeah?" That was it. Not even a apology. Side note. When you valet there, your car just sits there in the road in front of the hotel lol. Booked for one night August 23rd 2025.

Elevators and lobby were dirty. Only half the room outlets worked and phone wasn’t even connected to power. Room was small and cramped and hard to move around in. The valet system takes forever and takes up the part of the street that should be used for drop offs and pickups. Lyft had to drop us in the middle of the street. Not safe. They also have no staff to help us with our luggage which is ridiculous since that meant we had to unload our car in the middle lane of a busy city street. The front desk was also understaffed. Several times I saw guests standing around the lobby waiting for nonexistent staff. We felt we way overpaid for this hotel given the low quality.

Great location near Progressive Field, Rocket Arena, and JACK Casino. The only issue is parking situation. Valet is pricy ($50) and there is only 2-hour street parking in the entire area. Parking garage across the street is around $30 a day.

Great property

The check in was a bit frustrating because we were on time but the room was not ready for another 90 minutes and even then it wasn't so I had to take 2 queen beds instead of a king which was fine. My husband waited in the valet lane for 90 minutes also. Apparently there was a country singer concert later that evening and everyone was checking in at once. Unfortunately the valet guys were disorganized so that did not make the process go any smoother. Once we were checked in, though, everything was great. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean and I had the best spinach omelet I have ever had from the headliner restaurant.
