I only stayed one night but everyone was very helpful and pleasant. I was trying to leave after a baseball game and airshow had ended and valet and front desk were very attentive while I had to wait for traffic to abate. A very good experience.

The front desk asked everyone but me if they wanted a room with a bath tub or walk in shower including what type of view would they prefer. Place was clean but definitely not a five star facility.
