I stayed on the first floor, the hall carpets are dirty and loose with ripples in them. The pool outs of service. Our room was clean. Bathroom was clean. But the down comforter on our bed was very dirty with makeup on it and I could tell it wasn’t switched out between stays. It was not clean. Had I seen it during checkin I would have made them replace it. Again, it was extremely dirty and dingy. The lobby was very nice and the bar was too.

The room was very clean. Our only issue was that they didn't have a room ready when we arrived even though it was past check in time so we got put in a handicap acceasible room and the shower floor flooded the entire bathroom every time we showered. The front desk worker seemed very flustered and stressed out as well. Was not eelcoming at all.
