170 Sweet Shop is a gorgeous custom home nestled on Suncadia’s Arnold Palmer-designed Prospector Golf course. This spectacular 2,800-square foot home is centrally located with easy access to hiking, the Swim and Fitness center, Swiftwater Winery, golf, and fine dining at the Lodge. Get the whole crew together- this residence sleeps up to 12 people with four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms!

Prepare yourself for a true luxury mountain vacation. The spacious, open-concept main floor features soaring vaulted ceilings, wood-beam accents, beautiful hardwood floors, and custom stone and tile work. The living room comfortably seats seven around the floor-to-ceiling stone gas fireplace with a mounted big-screen TV. Large windows frame stunning golf course views that guests never get tired of. The gourmet kitchen comes fully stocked and can handle everything from post-hike snacks to intricate holiday meals. It features stainless-steel appliances, beautiful custom tile work, stone countertops, and an island that seats three. Gather around the large dining table with seating for eight for all of your meals, once cleared, this space is also perfect for some friendly competition at game night.

The outdoor area is accessed from the dining room and has a covered patio for outdoor meals using the gas barbecue. Use the stone fire pit for a fun nightcap with cocktails and s'mores or kick back and relax at the private hot tub as you soak up stunning views of the golf course.

Needs maintenance

The house could be great but it needs maintenance. A 10ft section of a fence had fallen down. The hottub cover lift arm was broken. The oven temperature is about 100f degrees off. Having 4 kids under 3 there and not knowing what was going to become a safety hazard next made us anxious. We also messaged the host and they never responded.

Great weekend!

We had a great weekend, the house was spectacular and we look forward to another visit. Small item to note and I'm glad we were prepared with benadryl, but it was obvious the owner has a pet as our 7 year old had her pet allergies pop up. Its often VRBO mentions no pets allowed, but it would be nice to note on the house details for the purpose of those kiddos who have allergies that the house does have pets in it on occasion.
