The Reserve is a luxurious 1,200 sqft, 2-bed condo unit located in the heart of OTR with beautiful exposed brick features and views of Main Street.

You'll be a few steps away from iconic OTR establishments like Coffee Emporium, Pins Mechanical Co., Goodfella's pizza, Gomez tacos, Insomnia cookies, and directly above the famous Rhinehaus bar.

The space
The primary bedroom has a queen bed, 40" Roku TV, closet, and attached private full bathroom. The second bedroom has a full size bed with an attached full bathroom. There is a full kitchen with gas stove, large dining table area, computer desk, living room with a large 65" Roku TV and queen size pull out sofa, and a laundry room with washer and dryer.

The unit is located on the 3rd floor of the building. There is 2 hour street parking along the street we're on, as well as overnight garage and surface lot parking within a block of the unit. There is no elevator in the building.

The host was great with his communication. Answered all questions very quickly. Provided all details that we needed for our stay and was really easy to work with. The apartment itself was just adorable. We had a group of four and it worked perfectly for us. It had all the amenities we needed, was sparkling clean and had great views. In a very walkable area to so many fun places to explore. The only things to mention would be it is on the third floor and there is no elevator, so be aware and pack light! Also this is above a bar and each evening you could hear the goings on outside. This did not bother our group but if you are looking for something that is more quiet you probably would not be searching up a listing in the heart of OTR anyway!

The location of this place couldn't have been better for us. It’s so close to the free Connector streetcar that you can see it from the windows. The recommended parking garage was close too.We loved the exposed brick and character of the building but appreciated the updates too. The WiFi worked well and the kitchen and bathrooms were very nice.We heard music from the bar on the first level (through the windows, but not the floor) but it was quiet after 11:30 or so.If 40 stairs is daunting, please consider somewhere else. If you can manage that, it's worth the climb!It was a great, comfortable stay and we'd absolutely stay there again!

Our stay was overall great. The property is much larger than expected and has a great look/decor. Owner was responsive by text, but not to VRBO messages (which they mention in their welcome message) and the one very minor issue we had was taken care of immediately. Property was clean, but there were some random items (like a fast food dipping sauce in a drawer with utensils) that show some extra attention could be taken. That said there was not a single crumb or speck of dirt to be found.Kitchen has essentials, but missing some typical conveniences like a toaster. Beds are comfy, but only pillow options are large/thick so if you like a thin pillow like me, you'll want to bring your own from home. Main complaint is the dumpster right below the primary bedroom window. Even with a white noise machine going (which they provide in both bedrooms), it's hard not to be woken up by the bar downstairs dumping beer bottles throughout the night or when the garbage truck collects it at 4am. Loved the location and ability to walk places. The Connector (free bus) is steps from the door and Brown Bear Bakery (a MUST visit) is one block over. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Nice property with big beautiful windows and brick walls in a great location. Steps going up to property are many and steep and it’s a bit loud due to the Bar below and general city noise, however, it was easy to get to and the location was centralized to many great activities.

We enjoyed our time in Cincy staying in the OTR neighborhood. This property is a well done renovation/conversion of an historic building (OTR is full of them!). The location was very convenient for everything we wanted to do...we walked or took the free connector trolley everywhere we went. As others have pointed out it, it could be hit or miss on the upstairs neighbors and how quiet (or not) they can be. Out of the 3 of us, only one was bothered by them on one night...the other 2 slept right through it. There is a white noise machine in the bedrooms, if you are not used to sleeping in an apartment/city noises...you probably should use it....and I appreciate the thoughtfulness of providing it. Overall it is a great location, well appointed apartment, and I would stay here again.

What a fun couple nights in Cincy! The entry has a creepy back alley feel to, and theres the creaky stairway, all leading to an amazing property. Once inside the exposed brick adds so much character. The rooms were spacious, beds comfortable. Could ask for a better location as far as access to the Connector loop. 10/10 would stay here again!

Convenient Location

We were staying in town for an FC Cincinnati game and wanted a place close to a connector station. There are two very close which was great for getting to and from the game. Communication and check in instructions were quick and clear. The apartment is a great size and very nice. Very little outside noise and just a little bit of noise from the apartment above. Parking is close in the new Kroger pay lot and with the connector, you don’t need your car once you arrive. We unloaded then parked and enjoyed our time. If I ever need a nice place close to downtown and Over the Rhine, I’ll be back.

This home is lovely and the property manager was great.The only problem we had was the noise. It is above a sports bar and a wine bar the noise goes on until after 2am. It is very loud and no one was able to sleep at all. It would have been helpful to have this disclosed before we booked this location.

Everything was awesome. The location is prime. Nice neighborhood and great nightlife. The only thing was the trash bins right outside the building the smell. Unfortunately no control over that.Great welcome booklet to familiarize yourself with the area. Definitely would stay again!!!

Husband and I had a 4 day weekend to visit Cincinnati for a couple days. Neither of us had visited Over-the-rhine before. This property looked to be in a prime location and we loved the urban vibe of the condo. This property delivered! It is a beautiful space and was in a prime location. My family and I had a very enjoyable stay. The neighborhood was walkable and full of great restaurants, boutiques, and coffee shops. Our host had wonderful recommendations for local spots to eat. We attended a Reds game and the Cincinnati Zoo. Both were amazing experiences. The only thing that wasn’t ideal was the trash pickup right outside our window early each morning. That’s what comes with staying in the city. The location and comfort of the apartment far outweigh this minor inconvenience. My family and I would definitely stay here again.
