Beware********We booked and paid for two separate rooms. Both were supposed to be one bedroom suites. On day of check-in they said that rooms on third party websites are not guaranteed so one room was a studio, which is fairly smaller than a suite. I specifically bought rooms at this hotel so I could get suites and this happened. Then the next morning they knocked on our early in the morning to ask if we were checking out when we had booked a two day stay.

Studio suite with sofa bed kitchen very well laid out! Surprised that there was no clock or clock radio. Trying to figure out why shower didn’t have sliding doors and shower floor slippery which is a safety hazard.

The best hotel if you’re going to Kings Island. Super nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The suites are huge for a family and the morning breakfast is great. Stay here yearly and it never disappoints. Also conveniently located to multiple restaurants you can walk to.

I'm a bed snob, but the bed was surprisingly comfortable! The staff was friendly and efficient, the king suite had a well stocked kitchen as far as pots, pans, utensils, etc.

The property was great and clean. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants, gas station and shops. 4 min drive to King's Island and Great Wolf Lodge. The only complaint we have is it's right off of the main highway which at times can be a bit noisy. Other than that, great hotel.
