Cigarette smell!!!

They said free breakfast and I didn't even want it for free! The guy at check-in was very accommodating. There were burn holes on the bed blankets.

Mold in bathroom, box spring broken, several hairs on linens, property is in major need of major renovation. Smelled strongly of several unpleasant odors in hall, room.

Quality Inn minus the Quality

Overall poor experience. We usually don't stay at Quality Inn so this was a last minute booking. The sheets and towels were stained. Hair and debris on the sheets as well. I got sheets from front desk to change bedding myself. Bathroom floor wasn't clean. I asked for it to be cleaned and was told not until we leave. Both nights we were awakened at 4 am by loud footsteps above us. The noise continued for ar least 2 hours.

Sheets were dirty and stained, the area felt unsafe and right next to an abandoned mega mall, the place looks nothing like in the photos, and they were very slow at the desk. Also someone was smoking even though it was a no smoking hotel and I have bad asthma so we had to leave and go to another hotel.

My 1 Star review of quality inn.

To start, check in was at 3:00 pm. I got there at 3:45pm and my room wasn’t ready. Didn’t check in til about 4:00. Next, the pool wasn’t open, even though on the website it said they had a pool. Then, it was a no smoking hotel but the whole place smelled like cigarettes and weed. Also, our TV wouldn’t even turn on. Lastly, the breakfast that was offered was: cereal, biscuits and gravy in a crockpot and a waffle. No eggs, no protein, not even bagels or cream cheese. Whole place was a mess.

Quality Inn has seen better days

This quality Inn has definitely seen better days. Terrible condition of the room. Paint peeling tears in the chairs and other signs of disrepair. I asked for a non-smoking room, the disgusting scent of old smoke was in the air and not dissipate the entire night. Barely tolerable. Breakfast in the morning major disappointment. Hardly any food available. The only hot options were biscuits and gravy. not gonna stay here again.

Room was dirty when we got there. They came and mopped but half assed it. Pool was waiting for inspection so we couldn’t swim. It was before 9 and there was 2 biscuits left and no waffle batter and they said they stop serving at 9 so 3 family members couldn’t eat breakfast there

WORST EVER, everything was awful.

Very dirty, floor and carpet is old and did not appear to be swept at all. There was food on the floor along with trash and dirt. The entire place reeked of marijuana. Upon entering our room, there were a cigarette butt on the floor, it was supposed to be a smoke free facility. Cigarette burns on the comforter, crinkled up and used tissues along with leftover food. I went to discuss this with the front desk, and all they said was we can’t do anything about it will let housekeeping know. Unhelpful front desk. The ice machine area had the hall wall blown out, it was covered with plastic wrap, and there was drywall all over the floor. The weight room says broken, and blocked off with boards. The continental breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had. They made gravy and put it in a crockpot along with biscuits out of a bag. No fresh fruit, no yogurt no eggs nothing healthy. The location is questionable as well. A lot of of people hanging out in the streets and around the hotel. A very unsafe feeling. The curtains in our room were falling off the hooks and broken as well. The hairdryer had lint and all sorts of hair wrapped up in the back vent. The floor caulking was all pulled up and brown, looked like mold, please I beg you do not stay at this place unsafe, unhelpful, and by far the most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed on the road
