Staff were just ok. One front desk attendant threw away our delivery, assuming we no longer wanted it because it was delivered to the wrong location (even though we said we’d be down to grab it). Then offered us $5 to help cover the cost. The delivery was for $20. It was just inappropriate.

Please vacuum the floors! Also the valet situation is a mess, I had to leave at 6; front desk just gave me my keys and I had to go find my own vehicle. This new valet set up is a mess.
