Great staff. Friendly and very helpful. Convenient location. Comfortable beds but a bit small. Small room but clean. Carpet a bit dirty but didn’t bother us. Some drainage issues in the bathroom which got very wet whenever we had a shower. Good shower pressure though. Overall was perfectly adequate for an overnight stay.

Great location for family visit. Clean motel rooms and comfortable beds. The airconditioning was a welcome relief and the first place we stayed at that had air con in New Zealand. Staff were brilliant all round from the front deak to the cleaners. Easy walking distance to everything in the city

Beautiful Christchurch
We enjoyed our time in Christchurch. The city is beautiful and the hotel is in an ideal place to experience the city. We enjoyed many wonderful activities and the restaurant district is exceptional. The city has made marvelous strides in overcoming the devastation they experienced from the earthquakes in 2010 and 2011

Great location, extra hidden charges
The property itself is wonderful, very close to the Cathedral under construction and other landmarks, shopping and botanical gardens. Problem: told upon checkout there was a 10% extra fee which I was not at all happy with. Tell me the price and I will choose or not.
