Great stay for business conference

The phone and lighted mirror in the bathroom did not work. Only one bedside table has an outlet or place for charging devices. Other than those minor observations, excellent stay. The gym was great, the pillows were comfortable, and the room smelled and looked extremely clean. Stunning sunset views on the 9th floor. Would be happy to come back!

My overall stay was pleasant, nothing to feel upset about. The one thing I can point out was that the room could've been a little more clean. The large window sill had cup marks and dust was in most surfaces. I thought this was going to be adress after my first night, but it wasn't. On my second day the cold water to the room became extremely hot, i made a call to service and the issu was resolved in a matter of hours. Other than that, the crew was really friendly and the lobby was welcoming.

This is the second time we've stayed here and the parking continues to be difficult. Despite paying for the parking, it was impossible to find a place to park after a long day and we had to drive around for 30 minutes and wait until someone left to be able to park.

Not what I expected from a Westin

It’s mold growing around the tub, there was no bags in the garbages. I get out the garbage and an old guest wrote not clean on the window so when the steam hit I seen it, meaning it still hasn’t been clean. Staff were amazing friendly, easy check in. I was disappointed check out was at noon an we got a knock on the door (while the do not disturb sign was on it) at 11:20 for house cleaning.

The room was so clean, the staff was amazing! Especially the man that that helped us check in. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name. I love this hotel!
