The hotel it self was nice. The stay & fly parking was across a busy street were you have to park your vehicle. We waited an hour and half for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport to take us back to our vehicle when we were told they pick up every half hour.

Excellent for a a pit stop

The hotel appeared to be new construction. The rooms were large with good linen and well equipped. Was very convenient from the airport. Unfortunately they do not have pickup from terminal 5 so we had to take a cab. That was the only downside for me with regard this hotel. You have to luh your luggage to terminal 2 to pick up shuttle service. The restaurant was quite unimpressive. 4 out of the 6 draft beers were not available. The hotel did serve my purpose for an overnight stay before I took my connection the next morning à

This isn’t hyperbole, they truly have the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered. The night shuttle driver is a huge asset to the property. He picked me up late from the airport, genuinely asked how I was doing, and even offered to help with anything I needed. He rocks! When I checked in, I mentioned I was trying to grab a Chicago dog before Portillo’s closed. The front desk associate told me to leave my bags and go get food so I wouldn’t miss it. I wish I had their names, but it really meant a lot to feel so welcomed and cared for.

I enjoyed my stay at Holiday Inn Chicago O'Hare – Rosemont by IHG. I found it weird that there was no safe in the room, and when I asked, I was told that there was no safe. However, the following day in the lobby, there was a sign about the room's safe. It seems that there is 1 safe for the entire hotel. Everyone needs to be on the same page if you are working there.

Clean room good service

The room was clean but the bathtub had a chip in the plaster. The packing was $20 a day so I parked outside with no issues. There are many restaurants to choose from in the area. The swimming pool was decent. I wasn’t able to control the volume for the tv and the blind was broken. The manager was very nice and accommodating since I arrived late.

Daily room service needs to come back.

We're paying full rates as we did before covid, but rooms are not cleaned on a daily basis like they used to be. Hotels need to get back to providing this service which was the standard before we cut them slack during the pandemic.
