Exceptional service and stay near O'Hare

Wonderful experience! Delayed flt resulted in missed connection for last flight out of O'Hare, missing luggage, and I had to find something close to the airport for the night. Shuttle arrived quickly. Front desk staff were exceedingly polite & helpful. Provided razor, toothbrush etc and a 2:00 pm checkout the next day. Room was new, spacious, v. comfortable, quiet, and WiFi was fast. Was able to swim & use the gym the next day. Onsite restaurant was reasonably priced, and food options were v. good. Check-out was a breeze and again the front desk associate (I forgot to get her name) was genuinely terrific. On the shuttle back to O'Hare the driver (Mark) skillfully and adeptly avoided an accident when another car pulled quickly and unpredictably in front of him (whew ... great job!). This hotel goes to the top of my favorites list.

My bathroom has a smell of smoke coming through the vent. The time on the alarm clock next to the bed and the main Tv time were off by more than 90 minutes which is not good when you arrive late from abroad and have another flight to catch.
