The rooms were a little small. The staff were awesome. They brought extra pillows right away. The only thing disappointing was that you have to pay for each person in the room for breakfast. I had purchased ahead from what I thought was for my room but it was only for 1 person. They only other thing is that they don’t leave out coffee so once breakfast is over that’s it. The hotel was clean. I wouldn’t stay again because I like places that have free breakfast but I would recommend the hotel. It is in location of a lot of warehouses. I felt safe though. Even went for a walk.

I booked this hotel specifically because it had an airport shuttle. Conveniently that wasn’t running on time. After waiting an hour and a half we paid out of pocket for a taxi, which was pretty expensive. Discussed getting reimbursed with staff who said no but they would pay for breakfast. Failed to mention how to pay for breakfast so we paid out-of-pocket for that too. When we submitted the receipt for reimbursement, conveniently they couldn’t do that either. I thought these hotels were in the business of customer service. I won’t be using the Marriott again anytime soon. I would strongly recommend if you’re staying in the area to stay at a nicer hotel and don’t rely on their “shuttle”.

Terrible! Checked in room, turn on TV does not work? Notified front desk, exchanged 3 different remote controls, neither of which did not work, waited for additional 3 hours for maintenance who was pulling duel shift as shuttle driver and maintenance technician. Did not unpack, sit entire duration on the chair as not to mess up the bed, uncomfortable I might add, tired, hungry and have a early flight. Front desk tried to offer a complimentary breakfast but my check out is before breakfast, says she can not move me to another room because they are all set for other guest???

Staff was friendly, but apparently not enough people. Really long wait to get food from their small restaurant. And there was no food within a reasonable walking distance other then gas stations. TV was broken in the room; overall not what I expect from a courtyard overall.
