The pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open from early May to early October, but dates may vary based on weather.

If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.
Lake access varies depending on the season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station.

I would never rent this condo it was bug infested they advertise it as a two bedroom and it’s only a one bedroom and they don’t return your phone calls horrible customer service horrible liars horrible experience

Perfect location, beautiful condo!
This condo is gorgeous, but just want to clarify its 1 bedroom with murphy and sofa bed in living room. It works though, easy to put away during the day. Condo has everything you need. It is right on the lake and was pretty quiet! Bed was super comfy. The only issue we had is the front desk didn't contact us when our condo was ready and the doors shut hard and loud. Other than those very minor things, highly recommend this condo!! Great stay in Chelan!

I stayed in unit 527 with my wife. The unit has a great view, was well furnished, and was very clean. The property as a whole can be noisy (bachelorette parties), and a little smelly (trash cans in the garage smelled a bit in the walkway outside of the rooms), but otherwise it is a GREAT property. Right on the lake, and close to downtown!

Excellent property, perfect lake getaway for our family of 4. Plenty of space for the kids to each bring a friend. Beautifully decorated! Comfy sleeping accommodations. Folks at the front desk were very helpful and friendly as well.
