Enjoy a queen bed in the open bedroom (no door), a full bath, full kitchen with breakfast bar, indoor and outdoor dining, comfortable sleeper sofa and Murphy bed in the spacious living room. 

The GrandView on the Lake is one of the most sought-after waterfront condo hotels Chelan has to offer.  This Lake Chelan luxury condo is located near all major Chelan vacation attractions and the Historic downtown main street.  The ideal location for business travel, weekend and week-long getaways, and event lodging.  Walk to dinner, wine tasting, recreation, live music and more! The pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open from early May to early October, but dates may vary based on weather.

Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.

Lake access varies depending on the season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station.

Amazing views and location

This was our first trip to Lake Chelan and we fell in love. The location and view from the property was beautiful and amazing. Check in was very easy and the property was clean. We had no issues while we stayed. There were plenty of towels, pillows, and coffee! The only recommendation I would make would be to put the smart TV that is in the bedroom out in the living area so guests can watch whatever they would like instead of cable only. We will definitely come stay again!

Property location is 5* without doubt. the unit was clean and kitchen had bare essentials. Unit was in need of some updating as hard surfaces looked well loved and past their glory. Back bedroom has no door, no window and no a/c or air movement of any kind. The weekend we stayed the upper parking lot was being redone so closed. Parking was awful and navigating the property was a bit difficult with lots of exits/entrances closed. And the elevators we had to us was nasty! Took the stairs to avoid.... Hoping they're just behind on spring clean up and this will be all done by peak season.

Wonderful place!

Clean. Organized. Charming condo. Great view of the lake and prime location close to town. I highly recommend Chelan in the winter months. It’s spectacular and quiet!
