We got to the hotel later than expected and the counter was closed and there was no staff on duty in the lobby. I called Expedia and I called the property to try and get somebody to come open the front door. We were told we can’t check in after a certain time so o never received my accommodations and never even got to stay there at the hotel and was still Charged for a room i never stayed at. Most awful hotel experience I’ve ever had

Great, hard working “real” staff!

The staff is friendly and extremely helpful to the guests and their individual needs. Everyone on staff is helpful and will go up and beyond to help you, if needed. I can’t say enough nice things about them all.

The hotel smelt clean but the floors in our room were torn up and stick. The pull out couch was disgusting, scratched up and moldy. The whole place did not look like the pictures provided and was really run down and we will never be staying there again when we go back to visit

Overall this hotel is very clean, no roaches (I haven’t seen any). The staff is attentive, engaging and friendly staff. It would be nice to have coffee available all day and the breakfast could use major improvements (ie fruits, juice, water).
