Call to get a shuttle for the hotel, and they told me it would take about 15 minutes. 35 minutes later a shuttle bus came. The shuttle came and in seconds it was full. The driver said she would be back in five minutes. 20 minutes later she showed up and drove us to the hotel. When I got there, there was a long line for Check In and had to wait another 30 minutes to get checked in. So as you can see, it took an hour and 25 minutes from my phone call at the airport about 9:30 PM till I got to my room. Very disappointing after a long trip.

The Holiday Inn is convenient for the airport with a shuttle service provided. The staff were helpful and the place was clean. BUT, we arrived needing dinner and the bar/ restaurant area is abysmal. The staff were not welcoming and the choices were awful. The bar is stocked with low quality bar and wine and unhelpful staff. We ended up taking an Uber into Charlotte and having a first class evening.
