Nobody ever came to clean my room, replenish items, give us towels and wash clothes. I had to ask the front desk for all this and still nobody came to clean the room. The garbage was piled up and smelling. Never staying at this hotel again!

Exceptional accommodations at a reasonable price point. It’s modern, offering all the basic necessities and elevating that with some cozy comforts ; beautiful outdoor large sitting areas with nice pool , modern and nice enclosed dog park. The rooms are designed tastefully and fun. Musical cassette player wallpaper , fun design elements like a beautiful small Table and plush sofa in the room. They are pet friendly rooms. Easy clean up, which it eases the owners mind for stay. They were very friendly and handles a small emergency very well. Further shows what the brand is doing and the city of Charlotte is doing. Showing love to people who want to visit ! They allowed me some Extra time to check out as we were needed just a little extra time to sleep and recover from the fun and loving time the city showed us. (On tour). Very good option of hotels to stay

This hotel was fine, nothing special, nothing terrible, but both my credit card and hard drive were compromised while there. I had to cancel my card after fraudulent charges showed up, and my thumb drive full of important documents is either a total loss or $1500 to have the files recovered and cleaned. The stay was ok, but the electronic security is dangerous.
