The hotel’s system was “down”. While the lady was quite nice about it- the expectation of us getting over $500 cash at night in order to stay was a bit ridiculous. Upon check in- the people were great. The room was old and smelled pretty musty (enough it carried on our hair and clothes). It was also very noisy from the freeway. It was a very affordable option and felt safe but definitely got what we paid for.

Check-in did not meet expectations, as there were no door keys available upon arrival, which resulted in an unnecessary wait. Additionally, the front desk staff did not seem particularly welcoming or friendly, which made the check-in process feel less pleasant than expected. I had booked a rate that included breakfast; however, after noticing mold on the bagels, we chose not to eat there. The room itself appeared clean at first glance, but there was visible mold in the bathroom and a persistent unpleasant odor throughout the room, which was disappointing. Given the overall experience, I would only consider staying here again if no other accommodations were available.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable fridge and microwave were nice to have. Breakfast was great. I wake up early and like to do work in the lobby with coffee, I was very upset to know that the lobby is closed until 6am M-F and 7am on Saturday and Sunday.

Besides other guest screaming on morning this property was really nice and clean. It’s the first hotel I’ve ever stayed in that didn’t have signs of mold and I stay at different hotels every month.

My family of five stayed there for a night. The picture of the bunk bed along with the great rate persuaded me. However when we got there, the property and room felt run down. Everyone talks highly of the complimentary breakfast. It was okay. The room was situation in the corner, right next to the freeway. It was noisy as expected, but my kids are used to white noise. The room had a very dirty carpet -- everyone had to have their shoes on the whole time. The shower was not hot at all. The lighting in the room was really dim. No recessed lighting, only lamps and wall lights. Check in and out was an easy process. We will not return.
