My stay was great overall. I was not impressed with being on the third floor when I requested ground floor room in my reservation. The bathroom fan was very loud, the shower curtain rod sagged and there were signs of a lacking maintenance. The service I received was great and breakfast was awesome.

Staff were great. Check in was easy. Door didn't close to the floor so bugs and light were creeping in early. Beds were way too high and toilets way too low. As a disabled person it sucked.

The room was immaculate. The amenities, offered everything my family needed. The selections for breakfast, hot, fresh eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles. The front desk and housekeeping team, are genuinely kind, attentive and welcoming to my family.

While the room was fairly clean and the gentleman that checked us in was very polite and friendly, that was it. Our room had a very strong, unpleasant odor sort of like musty paint. The air coming out of the ac unit was stale and musty. The traffic from highway 5 was very loud. The laundry and fitness facilities were closed; although, we were told we could utilize the laundry room at the next door property if need be. The breakfast was crowded and when we arrived with an hour left of service, most all of the food was gone.

Room stunk like urine and mold. Extremely loud and hard to sleep due to being right next to the freeway. Lady at the front office when I checked in was extremely rude and now I have multiple unknown charges in my credit card from the hotel. Will never stay or recommend this hotel to anyone again.

Our room was clean and had everything we needed. Came with a frig, microwave, toiletries , hair dryer and breakfast each morning. It is an older hotel that can use some upgrading. The carpet in our room was worn and the toilet was for kids it was so low to the floor but for the price we paid for a three night stay, it was perfect. Took the grands to Legoland over Thanksgiving and they were able to use the hotel pool & spa and they loved it! The weather was nice and everything was clean on the property. Very well maintained older hotel. A lot of the guests had their dogs with them as the hotel is very pet friendly.

Staff seemed overwhelmed, and we waited for a while for staff at the front desk when we couldn’t get our room key cards to work. The GM did his best, but was alone trying to sort yhrough guest and room issues. Other staff left early, I assume to be with family for Thanksgiving.

Sofa bed was Súper uncomfortable, even that anyone’s of my family couldn’t sleep there, so the 4 of us have to sleep on a queen bed. Breakfast was simple but fine. Cleaning and staff was ok and gentle.

I enjoyed my stay, the room was clean but there was a lot of freeway noise and the toilet in my room wasn’t functioning the best. Overall the staff had great customer service and would stay here again.

The room had ants all over the walls and surfaces in the bathroom. There was also a lot of damage in the room that was simply covered with duct tape. At one point the fire alarm also randomly went off and I had to get maintenance up to change its batteries. At least with that issue it was solved pretty quickly, but the cleanliness and state of the room wasnt the best.
