Check in was long winded escalaters and elavators out of order and machines not working to complete check in. Spa was lovely got to the room no info or qr code to order food and phone unplugged. Had to walk back to main reception to order food, food was not very nice, the bath was nice but was so noisy throughout the night. And a £12 parking charge and breakfast was even more a disssapointment 😞

The hotel and venue was huge. Everywhere is a long walk away. The parking charges are uncalled for - how else are you meant to get here? All very pleasant and clean but looking a bit tired. The bars and restaurants were pretty good and packed - but just watch out for the hookers hanging around looking for business.

Really poor service - no assistance with bags despite having a baby. No lifts so had to carry bags up flights of stairs and a pram. Waited 15 minutes to be sat for breakfast as staff was chatting in the kitchen. Room very big but quite run down in places. Windows may aswell have not been there, cold air straight through them. Luckily the heating worked well. Spa lovely and breakfast was really nice.

didnt sleep due to room 209 had a gathering in their room until 5.25. tried calling reception 3 times but no answer. been phoning the hotel up for the 2 weeks before my stay to confirm pool bookings and food bookings , had issue with pool booking and got oushed back 1 hr so that left us to change our plans , terrible night sleep
