We have stayed at this hotel before but on this occassion we were given a room with a broken and inpetable sliding bathroom door. We complained and were offerred a room nearby, where the safety lock on the room door was missing. The rooms were clean but breakfast offering was meagre and the proces for drinks were excessive.

It's a new property with lovely rooms, good design, bar and food, nice breakfast and parking. Just perfect for the person in transit and just off the M 4. There is an historic pub about 10 minutes drive and next door a restaurant and Subway shop.

Another great stay at TY Magor, the only thing I would do is move the picnic bench from the main entrance around the side with the other benches it’s not a good look when you arrive and not good for those that are staying in the rooms right above it.(This is a quick win for the hotel if they do this)

Very nice hotel, beds are very comfortable although I think the pillows are a bit too soft, but that is just personal preference, plenty of free parking as well, would come back.
