The state is f the apartment did not reflect the photos in the advert. The floor was damaged, there were holes in the walls in the living room, wallpaper peeling off the wall. The wifi was not as advertised. It was not ‘super fast’ & the TV constantly buffered. Our phones would not connect for more than a few seconds. The single bed was so uncomfortable that it could not be slept in. Our 3rd person had to sleep in the couch. The toaster didn’t work. The oven had crumbs left in it. The road noise was very very loud but this isn’t the landlord’s fault. The apartment was ‘tatty’ and I would not recommend it to anyone else.

The property was fine for the price we paid for 2 nights. It was clean and had basic equipment - we only made drinks so couldn't judge the cooking facilities. There was milk, tea and coffee although the milk sachets were out of date. It is on a good bus route into central Cardiff and cabs were available for a good price. However, the property does need some updating - windows didn't open properly, the decoration could be refreshed and the WiFi wasn't very reliable. Overall it did what we needed it to and the fact that we couldn't sleep was totally down to the heatwave and not the beds.
