The room is needing upgrades now It is quite old with old style lights , broken lampshade , a wind up ticker clock for a 30 minute electric fire place. Although microwave and small fridge , no plates and no utensils. The bathroom was fully stocked but a desperately needed repairs on door. The carpet is shabby. We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Chateau Canmore. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Everything felt well-maintained and welcoming. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. A special thank you to Ahmed at the front desk for his outstanding customer service. He helped us with everything we needed and greeted us warmly. His kindness and professionalism made our stay even better. Everything was excellent, and we truly enjoyed our time here. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family and would be happy to stay here again.

We got an amazing deal for the long weekend. Very clean room. Basic necessities provided including a Keurig. Would have liked to have some cutlery packets and napkins. The duplex had an amazing view. Staff were helpful and friendly. Hot tub outside had nice lights set up for a good atmosphere.
