We had originally booked for one day and decided to come a day early. My gf spoke to a lady named Heather who was excellent and helped us out right away with getting our rooms sorted. On check-in, Heather was there and immediately complimented my gf and was overall just incredible. We look forward to coming back!

Friendly and welcoming every time we have stayed here. The staff consistently make us feel comfortable from the moment we arrive, which really adds to the overall experience. The hotel is always clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax and enjoy our stay. Pictures from Hotels.com did not match the room upon check in, room wasn't as high quality as portrayed. Window was partially open and we were unable to close but maintenance resolved the problem. Breaker was tripping while trying to heat the room and floors were creaking loudly when walking.
