Solid hotel choice

A very nice property, staff appear to be very consistent so they work well together. The suite we had was spacious. I like that the vanity was separate from the toilet and shower so more people could get ready at the same time. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Great view of the airport. Delicious breakfast with good fresh fruit and breakfast tacos with fresh items also. We enjoy this basic but good pool and hot tub. I would stay again if the price is right.

Missing details

This hotel offered a reasonably priced suite for us and our 4 grandchildren. The room was heated to 27 degrees C. when we arrived. It took all evening to get it to a comfortable sleeping temp. There seems to be a really big lack of proper housekeeping. We checked in with 6 people but there were only towels in the room for 3, after our swim and getting kids bathed for bed did we discover this. A call to the desk got us towels in about 30 min. We then pulled out the hide a bed for us to sleep on and there was no blanket available in the closet as promised, we had two pillows but no blanket. Another call that had us on hold for 10 minute before getting answered, we had a blanket in another 20 min. We found a dirty and damp towel on a hanger in the closet behind the one housecoat which had been used, the belt was rolled up in the pocket. This had us checking to make sure the linens had been changed but they appeared to have been. I wiped up some spilled water in the kitchen area floor and the paper towel was very dirty, we hadn’t walked in there with dirty shoes. We had a quiet experience, we all slept well. The attendant at breakfast, Karen, was very personable and helpful and the breakfast was good. I mentioned my experience at checkout and was offered items from the convenience store as compensation because a refund on my rate was not available because I booked on Hotels.com.

customer service is terrible.one of the ac of the room is broken. the staff came to our room and they told us the maintenance is already offsite. their manager will call us in our room for the solution. we have been waiting for 2 hours and there is no call. we have been calling the reception for couple times but there is no answer. we have decided to come down with our pajamas already and to find out the reception is not busy. The receptionist offered the solution will is to open the windows.
