This hotel is nice but not 4 star. Room service is deleivered in a box but you are charged a $6 tray fee. Breakfast is very basic in a small room which didn’t have enough seats for the guests. Location is great. But it is disappointing with its food and beverage selection and service.

Beautiful hotel. Room service was a little over priced considering it was served in cardboard / throw away containers with cardboard cutlery and delivered in a brown paper bag. Plus the $6 room service fee on top of the room service priced meals.

Lovely hotel. Newly refurbished rooms. Only thing we didn't like was the 2 single beds shoved together to make a king-size because the single beds were on rollers and kept sliding around and separating. We'd happily stay again next time we're in Cairns.
