This picture is not of our room, this was supposed to have been our room, Our original room was unavailable due to air conditioning issues, and while an alternative was provided, the space had a musty smell, suggesting it hadn't been aired out recently.Communication could have been improved- check in details and Wi-fi access I had to request on the day of checking in, which made the process less seamless.The room lacked basic instructions, such as rubbish disposal and check out details which would have been helpful. While there was a pod machine, instant coffee was not supplied, which may not suit all guests.Overall, the stay had potential, but attention to these small details would improve other guest experience.
