Great Home but needs work and better cleaning
There were many things that were chipped, bathroom hot and cold handles that simply came off and didn't work, a lot of junk in the back area; the small pools were stagnant and full of floating trash; paid to have the pool heated another 10 degrees and it only got to 5 degrees higher then they said it would be another $50 to raise it more? Housekeeping was annoying; they showed up at 9 am, sat in the garage for over an hour, and then barely did anything for the next four hours. I just canceled them altogether and then got some attitude from the main housekeeper as she left the house that day. She acted like she owned the home and we were in her way. We also asked her to leave the door open to the laundry room which she did not, then claimed she did. The house needed a good deep clean and a lot of organizing as it was hard to find items like cups, cooking utensils, etc, and they were haphazardly stored. Overall, fantastic views and lots of room for everyone to chill out.
