Breakfast was good with a variety of selection from cheese omelette, ham and red pepper cheese omelette, waffles, fresh fruit, dry cereal, yogurt, coffee, tea, to hard boiled egg. Breakfast sausage, bacon and hash browns alternate. Free airport shuttle but no service between 11am to 3pm. Double bed deluxe view room had a nice view of the airport but the building is not soundproof so take off/landing noise may be a consideration to light sleepers. Next door to two oriental restaurants.

A decent airport hotel. But the Hyatt and Westin are better. No restaurant or bar. No minibar. Good soundproofing from street and airport noise. But I could hear the TV on in the next room. Shuttle bus to airport is every 45 minutes with a 3 hour gap starting at 11:30 am.

Only I wanted to from hotel staff ,a little early breakfast ,he didn’t confirm .Aproximatly 15 min .I left from there for my flying.

There are not many places nearby to eat unless you like Chinese or Japanese food. We ordered pizza and had it delivered. This is an older hotel. It was clean but the bed creaked with every move. We were promised a view of the water but it turned out to be a view of the street. I don’t think there will be a next time.

when we checked in, we wanted a double bed room instead of a king. They charged us an extra $40 per night for 2 beds! The refrigerator didn't work. Staff came twice to try to fix it. the light in hallway wasn't working so entry was quite dark. The ice machine on our floor wasn't working. There was no note to say that on machine nor where to get ice. We mentioned all of this to desk staff. later the second day, we did get a brand new refrigerator. However, the ceiling light was not fixed while we were there nor was there ever a sign on the ice machine. We expected better on the maintenance needed.

Bay Landing is an amazing location to stay even if wanting to travel to the city and downtown. Easy ride over and the property itself is AMAZING. GREAT BREAKFAST AND ROOMS ARE CLEAN AND BED SUPER COMFYYYY! My wife and I will definitely be staying here again next time we come to SF!

It was wonderful

I loved this hotel. It was elegant looking, clean, and well-maintained. It was quiet and though close to the airport I never heard the planes while in the room. I would highly recommend this hotel and I will stay there again when in the area.
