Ok for the price...

Really good price for an overnight stay but make sure you are on a higher floor. I was on floor three next to the parking lot and it was very LOUD. Also, the Starbucks is no longer inside.

Great time!

Our room was in good condition and was clean. We enjoyed our stay. The evening bartender at the bar that overlooks the river was amazingly friendly and had great customer service! Only thing disappointing was when we woke up and tried to go to breakfast at 8am, no restaurants were open and no where to get coffee. Other than that, we had a nice time.

I reserved a courtyard room on ground floor. Room assignment was second floor with a court yard and parking garage view. Alright, but not as reserved. Room was nice. But ac/heat control was locked shut. Room was too cold for me. And no extra blanket. Pillows were hard and very uncomfortable. Will not book again

Was an ok place to stay.

The bathroom floor tiles were not secure. The grout was crumbling, and you would often walk on the loose grout. Felt like walking on rocks. The beds were clean. The rest of the room was clean. The biggest downfall is the loud music. Alarms going off in the parking garage. The steakhouse was just ok. Not great. Bubba Gumps was very good. The Claim Jumper was good but very cold.

We arrived early and were told we would have to pay $30 even though our room was ready. Not even 25 minutes early would they let us in. Not very accomodating. Now after 8pm I hear dogs barking in someones room on our floor...really?

What you save on the room rate, you pay for...

The pet fee (which was not disclosed until I arrived) was $85 (which was more than the cost of the room)! Most hotels charge $20-$25, but $85/night is a bit excessive. And the manager was completely uncompromising.
