I wish the tower rooms had a refrigerator and microwave and fans in the bathroom. Excellent cleaning/replenishing service daily even though they said it wouldn't be unless requested. Pool and hot tub were excellent!

Great view of the river. The casino needs to update their ventilation system...I don't usually complain about the smoke but it was extremely thick...for as many senior citizens that were there I was surprised that I could find NO DECAF coffee...jacuzzi was closed due to rain but it was barely sprinkling...gift shop was closed much longer than the sign on the door...overall the place could use some updating but everything in the room was clean

It is not well taken care of. Resort fee is horrible, an outside pool and hot tub. Nothing exceptional, can have that at any hotel. Won’t go back. No fridge, no microwave. Not interested again

Staff at front desk not very welcoming. They need to be more customer focused and make an effort to be more pleasant. I booked a river river view room but was given a car park view. Perhaps being a solo traveller puts you down the list? I had breakfast in Denny's and experienced very poor service there. Again staff with the exception of ladys cleaning up were quite rude and appeared to be struggling to cope. Plenty hotels to choose from in Laughlin will try somewhere else next time.

Hotel is old and in need of remodeling, especially the bathroom. Went to bed and woke up in the middle of the night very itchy. When I got up I was covered with a rash. There was something in the bed or on the sheets that caused the rash. We will never stay at the Edgerwater again.
