This was a perfect stay for our group (three couples). The unit was as described and clean and Keith, the host, was quick to reply to any and all messages prior to and during our trip. With three bedrooms, each having their own full bathroom, we were all incredibly comfortable and had necessary privacy when wanted. The communal space, open concept living room, dining room and kitchen, worked well, with the kitchen being well stocked with cooking and serving equipment. Location was great as we were right off the 990 and able to get to downtown Buffalo and surrounding areas quickly (even with the NHL draft, Ride for Roswell and Taste of Country all happening at the same time). Even though it was a large complex with many units (and apparently all filled), there were no issues with noises, parties, etc. We felt safe and would definitely stay here again.

The Apartment was clean and check in was smooth. The location was also nice, near university so felt safe. Just one issue there was noise at mid-night from the 1st floor apartment above the master bedroom so that disturbed the sleep. Apart from that everything else was good.
