I requested to change to room type from 1 king bed to 2 beds, the front desk manager refused to accommodate my request and asked to contact expedia. I had to cut short my stay from 3 nights to 2 nights and checked out earlier and had to find other alternate options for 3 night. I am disappointed that hotel manger didn't made a decent effort to accommodate my request for changing the room and instead asked my to contact Expedia.

We stayed one night, and it was lovely. Comfortable, clean room in a fairly quiet area. When I came down at the end of breakfast service, I ran into Antoine, an employee who was clearing up. He patiently waited for me to choose my items, and was just so kind and personable! He truly made an impression, and I would stay again.

This location is very convenient to drive from Airport. While it has many restaurants nearby for lunch and dinner/ If you reach there after 10 PM, you can DoorDash or UberEats Pizza from Pappa John’s Facility was clean, quite and staff was really friendly

Room was nice and newly updated. Very comfortable and quiet. Great location. Shuttle service was great. My flight was delayed and did not get in till after 1:30 am. They were very friendly and helpful, even at that hour.

Beds were awful made squeaky loud noises every time you moved or rolled over, very uncomfortable. Moved from the first room, second room wasn’t any better. Blow drying my hair in the morning to go to a funeral and it blew a fuse so I was in the dark. I had to wait for them to come and fix it to finish and get ready.

Sheets were dirty. We asked for new sheets and had to change them ourselves. The blanket was dirty. The mattress had a nasty stain (picture attached)
