Room was near the lobby. I could hear the phone ring all night, plus all of the lobby sounds of doors opening and closing. Room was ok, but worn. Mildew in the bathroom. Toilet paper holder not fully fastened to the wall. A floor tile no longer attached. On the bright side, beds were comfortable and staff was pleasant and courteous.

Staff are friendly, breakfast was average and the parking is very easy. I had requested a crib for our infant which the staff confirmed was available, however, it was my responsibility to bring the crib from reception up to the room. As well, the room was clean enough however the sheets were very worn and almost every towel had some yellow staining. Throughout our two day stay, the hallway had a consistent smell of weed perhaps from another guest not following the no smoking rule in the hotel. Overall was a below average experience and disappointing considering the cost per night.

Room was very clean, no weird smells, comfortable bed, only 1 short night stay for work travels, there were several breakfast options, the hot water on the coffee dispenser was only warm so I couldn’t make oatmeal and the water bottle filer was red for its filter- but these weren’t enough reasons to mark as 4 stars. Would definitely stay again. The main reason for 5 stars— As a female traveler, I very much appreciated that the front desk guy passed me my room key without saying the room number out loud when there was another guest standing near by!! Safety is always top priority and him not saying it out loud (when alot of hotels do) was awesome! I wish I caught his name so I could give a shout out

Definitely the cleanliness was called into play, during our stay, where we noticed stained linens, and towels, as well as baseboards and a huge complaint that was brought by another guest, that said his bed was riddled with bed bug, had pictures and saw blood stains on the mattress, etc.. Staff was cordial and the continental breakfast and coffee station was good 👍😊

Dirty room - sheets were stained, smelled of smoke and had hairs strewn about. Handprints and sweat stains on the headboard. Pieces of wall were damaged/repaired and not painted. Sink was cracked. Everything just looked in disrepair. Bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were just lumps of oatmeal. Ended up canceling our second night and staying at the Best Western across the street - SO happy we did! We had an exponentially better experience over there!
