Clean but noisy

The room was clean and spacious. However, it was very noisy. We felt the vibration and heard noise of The hvac units in the other rooms. Sound travelled from room to room. Someone in the next room to us apparently took a shower for a 1/2 hour and it sounded like niagra falls in our room.

Great hotel and will be back!!!

CHECK IN was fast and super friendly and reassuring that if we needed anything at all to let them know. Breakfast was okay, nothing fancy and few items to choose from. Our room was clean, and beds were great. Pool was clean and fun for the kids. It is pet friendly and so will keep that in mind next time there is plenty grass for pets to do business.

The hotel was clean and well equipped. I loved that I could go down the steps and grab a cup of coffee and or breakfast in the morning. My bed was comfortable and I had a little sofa and kitchen area.

While there was lots of space, the amenities were nice, and the beds were comfy, the walls must be thin because we heard people running up and down the hall and kids shrieking until 12:30 a.m. Perhaps this was because our room was right next to the elevator, but it was too loud.

Room was good but occupants in next room were extremely loud until early hours of the morning even after several complaints from different people. While in lobby I overheard another group call down regarding the noise and the staff’s response was “another complaint regarding room #XXX.” Nothing was done and complaints were not taken serious. The reason we pay for a room is to sleep and the one thing not allowed due to noise is SLEEP. What a waist of money. We could have slept in the car for free.
