Nice Motel for the Money.

Nice clean facility. Simple no frills motel, but nice. Great breakfast restaurant across the street. There is no continental breakfast at the motel.

Could be better

It was nice. A few things could have been better. 1. Have a working hair dryer. 2. Have a deadbolt on the door instead of just a lock. 3. Have bottles of shampoo instead of soap in a dispenser that doubles as shampoo. 4. Make sure your marque says Hyland Inn Motel clear in the front. I went past it and thought I went into the wrong spot and turned around and left, only to find out I was in the right spot. Other than these few things, it was a good place to stay.

It's unfortunate that the rating scale wasn't finer. May rating of good would have been betwee good and excellent. The room was new and in excellent condition but relatively small. If space to spread out is not what you need - this would be an excellent choice.

In a nice walkable area in Brea. We had a double queen room Bathroom area was very small no privacy when sharing with someone. There water pressure was terrible. No towel rack or hooks

Clean, Comfortable, Safe

My family had an extended stay at this hotel and we were pleasantly surprised at how clean, comfortable and safe it was. The maid service is wonderful. Jimi the Hotel Concierge was exceptional. Very professional, kind and knowledgeable. I would recommend staying here to anyone who needs a comfortable yet safe and inexpensive place to stay on a trip or staycation or for any reason at all! The building appears to be shaped kind of like an L at one end there’s been a pile of bedding in front of a door since we checked in earlier today. Parking is slightly limited. I noticed several open condom wrappers in the rocks around the doors and on the far side where the turf is smells of animal feces and you can see it all over the turf as well. Not talking about a few piles I’m talking about loads of piles. The front desk man that checked me in was not friendly whatsoever but was quick to get me done.
