Nice property, but beware of overbooking

I arrived late 11:30pm and the hotel oversold their rooms and did not have a room for me. They sent me to the Westin down the way, which walking 4 blocks to another hotel in the middle of the night was frustrating and annoying. I was able to check in the next morning and enjoyed the remainder of my stay.

We only stayed one night to go to an event but the hotel was very nice. The beds were soft and dining options were plentiful. Nice to have a food credit!

Some things I missed from Hyatt, like bathrobes and a warm pool. Warm pool! Even my ever courageous grandchildren can swim in cool water, but they never even went into this one. Need to turn it up a bit. Rooms were very nice, redone, but the book lights didnā€™t work which was frustrating. Restaurant was great, staff super all over.

I booked well in advance and then received a room with a corner building view just looking at the corner of the building next door. It was but worth the cost at all. Bathroom is dated.

Fantastic room service food

We all know room service food is usually kind of 'meh." Not so here. Everything was delicious and we were so exhausted there was no chance we were going out. Note that if you're usually a bargain shopper and you decide to splurge, this is DEFINITELY the sort of place where you need to carry cash for tips.
