Room was clean, staff was helpful and courteous when I had trouble getting into the building. Unfortunately Expedia gave the hotel a different room number than the one I specifically booked. The staff at Maverick helped move me to a comparable room.

Positives: The location was great. It appears to be an older building that has been renovated nicely. Either there were no other guests or they were all very quiet. The room was very clean. Negatives: The trash truck came around 5:30 to collect trash from the alley outside my window. It took them a good 15 minutes of loud banging to collect it all. I was in town for a work conference, and not getting a good night sleep meant I was not at my best. Also, there was no hot water in the shower. The first morning, I was in a bit of a rush, so I thought maybe I didn't let the water warm up long enough or didn't have the knobs turned just right. The second morning, I let the water run while I brushed my teeth, shaved, and ironed my shirt. I tried turning the knobs in every direction. I still had to take a cold shower. I strongly discourage anyone from staying here.

Much smaller than anticipated which was fine but everything seemed to be falling apart. The towel holder had no set screw and fell off the wall, the rod in the tiny closet wasn’t screwed in and fell as soon as we hung 1 item. Very bare bones, nothing next to the bed to put your phone or items on. Half the sockets didn’t work. But the location was great. Be prepared to walk up stairs.

Room is super terrible. This the worst hotel I've ever stayed. They didn't check me in through their stupid check-in form. And asked me send ID through email which was not professional and was insecure. They might sell my personal info anywhere! Their photos of the room on the website looked perfect but it was actually the worst. The room is small, the doors are broken, the bath only comes the hot water after 10min, not hair dryer, not noise proof. I got awoken at 4pm every morning by the construction noise right outside the room. The customer service is the worst! Generally speaking, I've never stayed in such hotel like this, expensive and the worst. It was completely waste of money, time, and memory.

Cute lil room. Super easy to get in and out. Had to park like .5 mile away but it was no big deal to me. You could park closer I just needed something I could reserve in advance. Would definitely stay again.

Pls read entire review No one on site We didn’t receive the code for the door until I got there and called (I did send them my info the day before as requested) Also the keypad didn’t work for the second entrance at one point, luckily my partner was inside and was able to let me in Shower was warm but not hot You cannot adjust the temperature of the studio Also…. Beautiful area, close to everything we wanted to see bed and pillows were super comfy, they had all the kitchen equipment (sink, stovetop w pans, fridge)…. All in all, I would stay there again!
