Bondi pet-friendly accommodation

I attempted to contact the property prior to check-in with a few questions, however I was unable to reach anyone despite multiple phone attempts. I also tried emailing through the website and did not receive a response. That said, the check-in experience itself was very smooth, and the staff on arrival were friendly and welcoming. My only concern was the lack of communication options before arrival, as it would have been helpful to connect with someone in advance.

We had a lovely stay. The location is fabulous, staff were all incredibly friendly and attentive. The view from our room was just like in the photos online. The bed was so comfortable, not too hard, not too soft. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Paid extra for room up grade. We want view of opera house. But unfortunately the windows were too dirty to take a photo! In room coffee machine didn't work. Plus no coffee cups. Lobby cafe was great.
