The room was lovely but the air conditioner did not work properly with plus 30 degree heat. It is right on Whyte and very noisy. If yiu are unfamiliar with Whyte avenue, this information would be good to know.

Great hotel at an awesome location. Tons of dining and entertainment options. Walkable to the U of A campus. Parking is a bit of a chore, but the hotel staff did great to assist in every way possible. I would stay here again!

Great spot on busy Whyte Avenue. An issue with broken piece of furniture but otherwise the suite and area were great. As we had a high level but front facing room, air plugs were available but street noise not too bad.
