I cancelled this property twice by email directly with motel. And spoke to your customer service to arrange refund due to being 500ks away from area. He guaranteed a refund even though it was non-refundable due goodwill. He would arrange refund once he spoke to the motel. As he could not make contact, he advise that the team would follow up. No refund as yet or follow up email
