The gal that checked us in was super sweet. However, this was not the best experience. We were given keys to someone else's room or a room that wasn't cleaned yet. The next room smelled of body oder and the fridge made a terrible noise. The street noise from the freeway along with the God awful squeaking/knocking noise of the fridge kept us up all night. People were out in the parking lot honking their horns and yelling. There is NO ice machine. We were told to make some, but we were only staying one night. By the time the water would actually freeze we'd be gone. I nearly slipped and fell in the elevator because there was a terrible mess of dropped food and water. Our keys wouldn't allow us to use the side entrances and people were smoking right outside the doors.

Stayed six nights and our room was never cleaned not even one time. I had to ask for a broom to sweep and was given a broken broom in which made sweeping difficult to do in order to not cut myself on the broom. I did ask for our room to at least have the floors cleaned on day 4 and was told we weren’t scheduled for cleaning till the following day which was our last day. Cleaning service never came. I asked for cooking utensils on day one and was given one small pot and a spatula and a steak knife. I had requested a pan which they were out of so I made due with what I had. The “free breakfast “ consisted of muffins, oatmeal and coffee. The door key was difficult and needed to be swiped multiple times to get a door to open and on our last night our key stopped working the night before check out so I had to go get it rekeyed. On the day of arrival there was multiple hairs found in the “clean” shower. Shower curtain was moldy in the top corner. Overall stay was ok and having the stove top was convenient while staying there during my recovery after surgery. I would probably stay again but service was less than great.

There were bugs in the bed (seemed dead) and the coffee was empty at 7:30. The room was 50 feet from a busy freeway, no barrier or berm. Rate was cheap, won't stay again.

The reason I am unable to give and excellent is because in the room I went to sit at the desk, there is 2 office chairs and it slid back, and I fell on the floor hurting my elbow. concern it could have been worse, there is no notice beware of sliding office chairs with wheels or had it been a child, or elderly could have been a different scenario. Other than that, I like the room, wide, bathroom and shower good size, and noise no complain bed size and blanket we liked.... Definitely will stay again but I will be more careful with the chairs.
