The staff at the reception could not have been nicer. Their customer service was excellent. Easy parking which is huge in San Francisco. The room was implacably clean. The property could use some TLC around the property. The one thing that made me cringe was there was a mouse in the room. I saw it and immediately called the reception. A very nice gentleman came and looked everywhere but we couldn’t find it. There were no mouse droppings anywhere in the room. He brought some sticky traps and set them around. I was afraid it would get in my suitcase or even on the bed. I not see it again, however, I could not relax knowing somehow it had access to my room.

Great place to have a stay when arriving late to CR or coming back. We arrived in CR at 6 pm and I just wanted a good nights sleep which they delivered. My only suggestion for these folks is update their TV’s. We were in isolated corners of CR and still had access to our Netflix which was a nice comfort at the end of the day.

Disappointing

Absolutely loved the location! I don't enjoy leaving bad reviews but feel that future guests should be aware of what I experienced staying there. I had to pop the sink drain bc it wouldn't stay in place and was horrified with what came out underneath the stopper. I was greeted with hair, slime, and it was disgusting. I almost threw up I was so appalled. I'm not sure when it was cleaned previously but I would not stay again if they paid me. The same goes for the shower inside/out. I ended up cleaning it and left it in better condition then when I arrived. Very disappointing when the motel down the street is cleaner then this place.
This was after rinsing it many many times without the hair attached to it. I wore gloves.

Terrible filthy

It was terrible unclean tv didn’t work toilet didn’t flush properly very noisy and scary people hanging outside our door. The worst motel I’ve ever stayed at and I’m 69.
