Great stay
The Hotel presents itself as a very nice almost “resort like” building that you would see in say: Mexico. It’s on the main road, and the rear abuts anther street. It is central to everything. The Desk check in staff was most courteous, efficient, and professional. He also answered my questions regarding the nearby Town, points of interest, and Restaurants and Pubs. The room was well laid out, spotlessly clean, and the bed comfortable. Pillow options were good. A coffee bar is in the Lobby as well as a small Pub. The main Restaurant is good with a reasonable selection of menu items. The Hotel is 1 minute from central Banff. I would stay here again for sure.

We just returned from an incredible extra-long weekend in Banff. We loved our stay at the Elk Avenue. Incredible staff, excellent location and truly comfortable rooms. (We booked two loft rooms to accommodate 5 ppl) Would (and will) recommend staying here. Can’t wait to return!

Relaxing stay
The hotel has a great restaurant and lounge and several cozy seating areas to play games throughout the lobby area. There is a coffee shop attached which is also awesome. Rooms were finished and clean and had Nespresso coffee
