Property and staff were fantastic. Parking staff was horrible. My car came back with a scratch and they were stalling to give me any help in filing a claim or even offering to reverse parking charges. I’m still in the middle of disputing it with my credit card company.

We were in Baltimore to go to an Orioles game. We picked this property to be close to the game. Although parking fees were ridiculous we dont have anything negative to say about the property. It served its purpose for us. We arrived on property, paid the valet fees and didnt drive again until we left. We walked to the bay, which was about a 20 minute walk and walked to the game. It was the easiest professional game we have ever been to regarding parking/driving.

Disappointing Experience: Overpriced Parking,Unsaf

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The parking fees were exorbitant at $75 per day, which felt unreasonable. Outside the property, there were homeless individuals sleeping and lingering around, which made the area feel unsafe and uncomfortable. The dumpsters were overflowing, and the foul smell wafted into the hotel and into the rooms, creating a very unpleasant environment. Additionally, the staff was dismissive and rude, making it difficult to get any assistance or basic courtesy. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel due to its high fees, unsafe surroundings, and poor customer service.

The hotel was very nice and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The parking situation was absolutely unacceptable. Arrival was chaotic and they lost our keys. The manager was not interested in helping us and even threatened my husband. I realize the two are separate, but if that management doesn’t change it could make people not want to book in your beautiful hotel. That would be a shame!

We had a good stay, will stay there again in the future. Only issues, toilet paper holder was off the wall, hand soap dispenser was pulled out of wall setting on sink, needed a bigger trash can in living area. Bed was comfortable, and clean.

Everything was fast, efficient and perfect for an Orioles game! Could not believe the location to pre and post game tailgates and to the stadium! Great place to stay if going to Orioles game but parking was a bit of a challenge. They valet staff worked very hard in incredibly busy time but the person who checked us in.... didn't. We never got the text so the we could request our car. We inquired, and were due to how busy they were to wait until 5..... never got the text. Had to uber to dinner.... after dinner they found our keys so we now have access to our car

Ho hum stay

2 night stay. King room. Were able to check in real early which was great. However, the room they gave us had a very odd smell and the auto blinds didn't have a functioning remote. Got moved to another room, no problem. No shampoo in the dispenser in the shower in the new room; also taken care of. (But shouldn't these be things that are taken care of before we get to our room?) Room was clean, bed was comfortable. A bit of road noise, but not too bad. Weight room was of decent size, but not real clean and kids running around unsupervised in the gym. Also no water in the water dispenser. (All this is not the hotel's fault. Parents and gym users should take some responsibility in putting weights back, towels in the dirty towel bin, not just leaving everything on the ground, and not leaving your 5 year olds running around. Just ridiculous). Breakfast was adequate with a few hot and cold items. Walked into the dining room this morning to someone sleeping on one of the bench seats with a blanket over them. Overall a somewhat disappointing stay for a Hampton Inn. Just not what we're normally used to.

With so many residents, why would you only have one waffle maker for your free breakfast. The li e was extremely long. It went all the way into hallway

Was a bad experience from the start had no idea there was no parking and you had to pay for valet parking took 45 minutes to get someone to come park our car while we stood out in the heat and waited. It is ridiculous to pay that much money for a hotel and then turn around and have to pay $60 to park your car overnight. We’ll never stay there again.

Nice place to stay for a game, close to the stadium however the parking is very expensive and takes a while to get your car.
