The room is spacious and clean with an open view of a field. The staff team is friendly. The buffet dinner is not bad with a huge dining room. The location is not too close to the airport but it offers a shuttle service.

There was supposed to be a shuttle to pick up at the airport but hotel did not answer phone. we had to taxi to the hotel. A/C did not work. was told they would fix it the next day....after we were gone. Great location to the airport and good breakfast buffet in the morning.

A good place for overnight stays during transfer.

It’s really convenient for travelers who need transferring in Amsterdam, the shuttle bus is a great help. The front desk staff were very friendly and snack bar also offered some nice snacks.

Great hotel. Only compliant was there was no fridge or minibar in our room. Otherwise excellent place. We booked a schuttle to the airport which was fine but the South Asian driver was rather unprofessional in his conduct and attitude.

Quick layover stay. Free shuttle from the airport but €6/person back to the airport. Friendly and competent front desk staff. The staff at the bar/restaurant weren’t as great. Maybe it was end of their shift and they were just tired. But I would probably avoid it if possible.

Comfortable bed. Easy check in. Very poor sound proofing - sounded like people next door were in our room. Connecting door between the rooms gave as much sound proofing as a thin curtain. Not helped by fact that our neighbour was watching TV into the early hours and then up making noise again around 6am.

Unremarkably average

Free shuttle from the airport, which is good. You do need to pay for the return. However, a voucher can be earned if you don’t have your room serviced, which can be used for this. The rooms are a good size but dated. The bathroom is very dimly lit, but clean. Buffet breakfast is okay. There’s no restaurant menu for dinners, just a buffet again. I did not try this. Overall this hotel is unremarkable but comfortable enough for a few nights stay.

Very disappointing stay...

The spa and pool were closed with no reason of why. I was not informed of this important information before my arrival as I chose this hotel for this amenity. My bed light was broken, not enough towels for 2 people, no pen and paper, no coffee in the room but there was herbal tea. The elevator to bring my luggage from the lobby level to the driveway broke while I was in it!

I booked this property specifically because they had a pool go figure it was under construction during my stay. They should really put a note regarding that. I booked us 2 1/2 months in advance so I’m pretty sure they knew when it was gonna be done. Construction doesn’t happen overnight so heads up would’ve been nice. Also, the mattresses are hard as a rock not very comfortable, but other than that everything is OK
