This is Ms Dillard I want to express the Gratitude and excellence a high standard customer service respect kindness detailed colonist and you're made to feel like a family member then a customer when you stay at this hotel. Myself was going through extremely stressful life-changing experience and being here is tranquil the beds are unbelievably comfortable the hospitality is top-notch I recommend anyone to come and stay at this hotel they have a high standard of safety peacefulness cleanliness and respectful correspondence I'm grateful to them personally. I had a very good stay overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as expected. The staff were kind, welcoming, and hospitable, which I really appreciated. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that there was no hair dryer available. I understand that some motels don’t keep hair dryers in every room, but it would be helpful to have at least one available at the front desk for guests who may need one. Aside from that, everything else was great, and I had a pleasant stay.

I had to pay thirty dollars extra for a shower in the room. Which didn’t have hot water. It was freezing in the room come to find out you have to ask for heat too. A card table with four folding chairs and television trays for bedside tables. I wouldn’t recommend this place, even for free.
