Few unfortunate issues, but nice hotel.

Nice hotel, great location, good restaurant built in. Had a few issues on our visit, water took a while to warm up, and some power outlets weren’t working, but that was only noticed in my room, other room seemed fine. Overall, really nice stay.

My stay in Austin was great , I believe there are a few things that can worked on . When u first arrive there is valet . The pricing on that is outrageous ,69 dollar's per a day and they don’t have parking for the hotel just the valet . You will have to walk a block or 2 to park in a parking garage near by . We had to run the bath water for 10 minutes for the water to get hot. The tv in the room is basic it’s not a smart tv , like it says on the Expedia app. Other than that the hotel restaurant was great and the prices are reasonable. Staff is so kind . It’s in a very great location. A lot of stuff to do around there .

Tried to charge me an extra 30 dollars for parking. 55 dollars a night for parking is crazy its even worse when you try and charge 83 dollars.

hallway air is COLD, you have to make sure you buy the breakfast add on or it will be expensive, didn't know about that until after the fact, they did take it off the bill for us when we noticed it. housekeeping does not come to your room unless you ask for it when you check in.

Great Customer Service

The staff was a amazing. The Valet service was fast. Barbara at the front dest was amazing. When she learned it was our anniversary she went above and beyond to make our stay great. The restaurant was great. Thw Burgers were excellent highly recommended. The crabcake hush puppies were a 10/10 appetizer. The Bartender Rashad had a great personality and a excellent job recommending drinks, food and other Bars to visit. The hotel is walking distance from the stae Capital and River.
