I read numerous reviews prior to this posting. When I stayed early July 2024, they may have been renovating and under new management. There were wet paint signs everywhere. I stayed with my two young kids because of hurricane in Houston. The staff were slow. I asked for a receipt at checkout and after 20 minutes of waiting and being told that the one employee had logged out and the next would need to login, but he was in the bathroom, he came and wanted my ID again despite having a photocopy already, which was weird and then asked me to sign for payment of the $100ish dollar deposit that they were supposed to refund. The sun total of interactions with the staff were at beat awkward. I ended up leaving without receipt and telling them I never had an experience like this at a motel or hotel or anything in any country over decades of travel. The breakfast was a bag of two tiny muffins a granola bar and SunndyD that leaked when I shook it before opening my daughter's so We tossed them all. The water pressure was more than adequate in my opinion though I acknowledge others complained. We had a few of crickets in the room and this comes after feedback comments from motel staff addressed pest control in prior review feedback. it seems they may have regular or routine, but inadequate ways of addressing it and it seems to be a persistent problem. I didn't feel unsafe, but maybe I was being naive. I wouldn't stay here again, but if you are in a bind, you could do worse.

Well for starters I booked for 7/8 days. I am here in Austin on a business trip and was looking to stay some where the entire time. My plan was to be here in Austin for over 30days. I was hoping to book each week at one hotel for the whole 30days.. Upon arrival there were crickets all over the property following us into our room.. the first room we had was clean but very small, we were switched the next day because that was the “managers” room. The room we were switched to was full of mold on the walls behind the mattress, crickets all in the restroom, baby roaches walking around the bed frame on the floor.. just filthy. I asked to either be swapped to an upscale room or refunded my money for the days we did not stay. I was refused the amount of money I paid thru hotels . com I was told because I booked through a 3rd party I wouldn’t be refunded anything but 23-93$ they were argumentative and even threatened to call the cops on my husband because he spoke publicly at the front desk in front of other guest about the mold on our pillows roaches and crickets… I don’t recommend this hotel at all. Housekeeping is doing the bare minimum as far as cleaning even asking for extra towels from housekeeping we were given an ugly look.. This hotel is more for people who want to sell drugs late at night or have a quickie with their partner.. it’s a health hazard and they were very rude and argumentative with us. It was bad enough I was crying and still was treated poorly.. 0 stars !

MOLD !!!,BED BUGS,Hair on sheets &stains on sheet
There was mold on the walls and bugs and hair in the bed as well as a stain on. The sheets I walked in to tell the customer service desk that I couldn’t stay there because I am very allergic mold he understood that offered me a new room that also had mold in it and then a third one I did not feel like going there it was gross and I was exhausted after driving for 12 hrs straight and I was really looking forward to showing up at 4 AM and going to sleep, not having to go and find somewhere else to sleep Never got to sleep at all

NICE ROOM!
I give Good Rating cause room was very nice and very clean, AC/Micro & Fridge were working great and TV had Great Channel selection. So I was happy with that, even though I had to shower with very HOT water...the Cold side was coming out HOT Too! I would've Put up with it because everything else was fine and I could've stayed more days, but they don't seem to make it easy. For starters they should offer a similar rate to the one you came in with or maybe just couple of dollars more, but not considerably higher, because then one will have to consider other options and now your room might have to go EMPTY. As it turned out, I was glad to leave anyway, because by then I had also noticed guest next door was coming in and out of his room A LOT and to me...that's never "a good sign" plus it's annoying to keep hearing the door. So when guests arrive expressing they're hoping for QUIET SPOT, pls don't put them next to that! Or next to people that hang outside their room chatting and carrying on. And yes, hotel staff should have a vague idea of what's going on in their property, because that's why you have CAMERAS, plus all rooms face to the outside and often those other guests have already been there for "a while", so try to "spread us out" please...Thank you and I do recommend :-)
