Soon after checking in we saw a roach on the wall, killed it. Then we saw another one crawl across the floor. You could tell the hotel knew they had a bug problem because there were also signs in the room stating “please cover and put all food items in the fridge”. Also disturbing is they have a AYCE Sushi restaurant attached so I can’t imagine what’s crawling in there. We asked to check out immediately and the front desk told us they would do it. Called them back when the refund wasn’t processed yet and they told since we checked in already they couldn’t refund us the first night since we were in the room already, but could refund the other nights.
