We specifically purchased this room diluento Expedia saying there was a hot tub in the room.. was just a bathtub. Not even a Jacuzzi. The curtains were missing in the living room so no closing off to all the passerbys. The heater did not work in the units and stayed at 60 degrees for the 1st day we were there. But extra blankets and a portable heater we eventually hated up. On the plus side.. all and I mean all of the staff are rock stars.

Terrible stay

Terrible stay. Told elevator had been broken for a week so had to carry bags up 3 flights of stairs and across the pool area in rain. Very noisy starting at 7am due to construction and delivery vehicles. Delivered towels but didn’t clean room or make bed. Front desk staff knew little about road closures due to marathon. No amenities like tissues, extra hand towels or face cloths, magnifying mirror

Amazing hotels close to everything within walking distance, Sun Life juice bar across the street, great shopping. This hotel feels open but very safe eco-friendly beautiful products in the room to use. Very comfortable stay I will definitely stay here again if I travel here.
